As a courtesy, we work closely with our patients to help them understand and maximize their benefits.

• No insurance? No problem. We are happy to work with patients who do not have dental insurance.
• Please bring your insurance information with you to each visit.
• If you have had an insurance change or are anticipating a change in coverage, please let us know.
• Payment is due at the time of treatment. If needed, contact our office to discuss payment options.
